UniCredit (2018-NOW)
Unicredit AIR is a banking user-side chatbot project, created to help, simplify and extend the experience of using Unicredit's web and application system.
In this context, I am involved in design development, in the management and in integration processes with customer's services. The main purpose is to answer questions about the usage of the platform, talk about personal/profiled information and to accomplish lots of typical banking operational transactions as transfers, giros, payments of bills or phone charges through a conversational interface.
Buddybank (2018-NOW)
The project aim to design, develop, and manage an assistant chatbot for the banking player Buddybank's mobile application, personalized (small talks, personality & tone of voice) as customer's standard interaction chats.
The engine can not only interact with customer intents, but also read out-of-channel customer attributes (i.e. standard, client or premium) and use them during responses or suggestions.
It is able to perform handovers to different operators skills or bots skills too.
Framont & Partners (2022-NOW)
Framont & Partners Management Ltd is a consultancy company specialized in finance, business planning and project management. The collaboration with them focus on building a character that the chatbot can assume on client's platforms during user registration, together with the specification of different intents.
The research focus is to model the recognition of intents by detecting entities in three different domains: Banking, Finance/Insurance and Investments. Furthermore, I analyze the type of language used and collect the necessary data that can be used to apply machine learning and train AI systems to converse with humans.
