Intranet Chatbot (2021-NOW)
Noovle's intranet chatbot, "Futura", has been created to help staff of the company to use every tool and benefit inside the platform.
Main purpose of the application is to present a uniform Tone of Voice, in line with the company guidelines, inform and support, extract key parameters during the conversation and present an optimized user interface. It is also proactive, suggesting new topics and insight.
The bot not only shows intranet's contents, but it reworks and simplify them on the base of the target audience.
Regione Lombardia (2019-NOW)
The virtual assistant for Regione Lombardia aims to support the user on the website "Bandi Online", returning general information about calls and access requirements.
The introduction of this chatbot improves the user experience of people landing inside the platform, proposing an unique environment where all the documents about calls can be found and people can directly apply. Furthermore, the component helps with informative and operative assistance, registration and profiling requests, so that back-office processes are improved.

GoFrost (2018)
As part of my graduation thesis, I realized an engaging and interactive virtual assistant for Google Assistant and Google Home, able to give the user support with purchase products of a generic large distribution company (named GoFrost), specialized in frozen goods.
The project aim to establish a organized, attractive and interesting conversation: it changes contents on the base of who is speaking to (i.e. new/old clients or frequently buyer).
The voicebot allows to retrieve and buy specific products, shows personalized offers and proceeds with payment through a multi-channel process.
