Sidel (2019-NOW)
Sidel, leading provider of equipment and services solutions for packaging beverage, food, home and personal care products, is to work on the integration of a Virtual Assistant, as a technology made available to Sidel technicians to improve the quality of work on the search for malfunctions on production machines.
The goal of the project is to provide the Sidel technical team with a portal that allows them to identify in a simple and easy way possible causes related to reported problems and guide it in the resolution of the same through the official documentation of the group. The solution is therefore seen as a mix of "text search" and "conversational flow" technologies, exploitable through interaction with the virtual assistant.
ICAM (2021)
ICAM srl, international leader in design and production of automatic solution for storage and archiving, puts the focus of its new operative model to virtual assistants. Their chatbot is able to understand natural language expressions and to automatically provide a first level service to technical and commercial assistance.
The main goal is to reduce human intervention both through chat and voice calls. Thanks to the full application, they can automatically collect data, allowing not only to increase efficiency level of the assistance service, but also enabling the Sales Customer Service to process and send personalized commercial offers, retrieving and monitoring new opportunities or contract renewals.
