AXA Assicurazioni, by AXA group, wants a complete support both for strategic phase, and for communication, development and technical assistance for their new chatbot named Letizia.

Main purpose of the project is to design and develop a tool that can guide the user during the digital sales process through the configuration of it's own insurance policy. Furthermore, it improves the conversion funnel that brings a prospect to become a client, supporting them during the entire decision-making process.
